Job Details
We are a small scratch kitchen specializing in Contemporary American Cuisine. We all work all of the stations. We open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday and serve brunch Saturday and Sunday. A 45-50 hour work week is expected and Sunday brunch is a must. Strong leadership skills will take you a long way and there is an unlimited posssibility to learn and try new things. if you think 15 minutes early is late and have it bad for all things gastronomy we want to meet you!
