HIDE+SEEK is open for lunch, dinner and weekend lunch. We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Assistant General Manager. Like our guests and clientele, our team will be a curated collection of innovative thinkers and creative trailblazers.

Nestled in the heart of Randolph Row, HIDE+SEEK brings comfortable elegance and playful design to West Loop. Our creative American shared plates menu incorporates touches from Spain, France, and Italy. The beverage program follows suit, and features fresh takes on classic cocktails and hand selected wines.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Open availability 
• A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in restaurants
• Prior experience opening a new restaurant is a plus
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse team and hourly teammates 
• Ability to oversee cost control, labor, management, and bottom-line profitability

RESPONSIBILITIES  *include but not limited to

• Coordinate restaurant operations
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure guest satisfaction
• Train, develop, and motivate all staff 
• Respond timely to guest sentiments on review platforms
• Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
• Schedule staff based on forecast and performance measures
• Appraise personnel performance and provide coaching and counseling
• Act as positive spokesman for company and brand
• Maintain service and hospitality standards as outlined
