SOUS CHEF -
Looking to Hire a SOUS CHEF for our MilkBoy South St. location!
Qualifications:
1-4 years experience (line/prep)
ServSafe Certified (preferred)
Reputable Culinary Arts Degree or Education (preferred)
Requirements:
Must be able to communicate in spoken and written English
Must have reliable transportation and ability to be reached by MilkBoy management by phone or email
Physically able to successfully perform the responsibilities listed below
Shows exemplory leadership and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
Set up and continually stock stations with necessary supplies
Prepare food for service
Cook menu items under the direction of the chef and in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Maintain a clean station and kitchen
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Exhibit a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
