Qualifications:1-4 years experience (line/prep)ServSafe Certified (preferred)Reputable Culinary Arts Degree or Education (preferred)Requirements:Must be able to communicate in spoken and written EnglishMust have reliable transportation and ability to be reached by MilkBoy management by phone or emailPhysically able to successfully perform the responsibilities listed belowShows exemplory leadership and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:Set up and continually stock stations with necessary suppliesPrepare food for serviceCook menu items under the direction of the chef and in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffMaintain a clean station and kitchenComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsExhibit a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
