We are looking for select individuals who exhibit these attributes: 

• Experience with RESY, OpenTable or other reservations systems desired
• Must possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and passion for hospitality
• Natural inclination toward warmth and hospitality – gracious
• Genuine nature, able to comfortably engage in natural dialogue with guests             
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers
