The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager responsible for overseeing the operation of all food and beverage outlets at full service property. Planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling of operational outlet functions. The role will be responsible to coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff to deliver quality product and service to all guests. Also responsible for interviewing, selecting and training food and beverage outlet associates for an efficient operation. Will also organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings, and schedule and direct the team in their work assignments. Also responsible for verifying payroll hours and tip calculation on a weekly basis.
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management.
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan.
- Prefer banquet management experience.

- Ability to manage according to employment laws of jurisdiction.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- College level reasoning, math, computer and language skills.
- Ability to train employees in alcohol intervention, food handling, and sanitation.
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
- No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
