Qualifications & Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Prep Cook and/or Kitchen Receiver working in a well-rated restaurant
- Ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively
- Experience grilling and sautéing of Prime cuts of steak, chops, pork, whole fish, shellfish and seafood
- Experience with classic stock production: Fumet, Brown stocks, White stocks, bouillon and glace
- Great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
- A culinary degree is a plus
- Full-time, open PM availability
