Fiola Mare overlooks the Potomac River in Georgetown and specializes in elegant Italian seafood. Evoking the seaside dining experience found along the coasts of Italy and the Mediterranean, Fiola Mare specializes in the freshest, most pristine seafood prepared with elegant simplicity through delicate and subtle additions of color, flavor and texture.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4+ years of relevant culinary management (i.e. - exec sous, CDC, exec chef) experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant 
  • Experience with Italian and high volume restaurants required 
  • Experience with Seafood required 
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
  • Demonstrates drive to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Open availability 
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Professional appearance and grooming standard appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant.
