Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of Northern Italian and Spanish cuisine preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food
• Ability to work well in a team environment
