Have a great knowledge of our savory and pastry menus. This postion requires a freindly and patient person who is willing to guide all guest through our extensive deli menu.

Maintaining adequate change denominations and requesting additional change

Answering customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs and wants

Cross-selling and upselling products

Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts

Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns

Processing layaways, returns and exchanges

Maintaining clean and tidy checkout and merchandise areas

Assisting in stocking and rotating merchandise

Great understanding of food menu and market items

Staying up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements and product information
