The restaurant is always bustling with a wide range of people from families enjoying a pizza, to sailor's finishing the last bite of fish and chips. This lively restaurant is in need of an Executive Chef to oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations and its many moving parts.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a high-volume Executive Chef role
- Culinary Degree
- Ability to connect with restaurant guests and enjoys building relationships
- Hire, develop, and play an integral role in retaining Management and Hourly Staff.
- Organized - although this is one location, there is a lot going on that needs to be managed, which includes distribution.
