Expediter position needed. Responsible for garnishing and selling food during peak service, as well as light prep work. This position requires a high level of focus, multi-tasking and strong communication skills. Opportunity to grow into new positions, either BOH or FOH, depending on interests. There was a time when you pulled up to a gas station and immediately about 4 people would descend upon your vehicle with smiles. They would check your oil, check your tire pressure. Clean your windows, fill your tank and above all ask you how you are doing and what else could they do for you. They meant it - Full Service. We long for those days. Service, hospitality, guest satisfaction....this is why we do what we do. We would like to provide the restaurant version of Full Service.
