The Source Hotel is located in Denver’s thriving RiNo Art District, the property will join the Sage Independent Hotel Collection, and will be our 14 th independent hotel. Opened in 2018, theSource Hotel was built alongside the original Source Market Hall, which launched in 2013 as Denver’s first marketplace of its kind, offering restaurants, specialty food stores and a brewery in a former 1880’s brick foundry. When the hotel opened in 2018, it added 100 guest rooms, an extension of the Market Hall with additional vendors, an art gallery, and more restaurants – including rooftop bar, The Woods.
