Anju is a restaurant concept by The Fried Rice Collective (CHIKO, I Egg You, TFRC Catering) founded by award-winning Chefs Danny Lee, Scott Drewno, and Executive Chef Angel Barreto. Anju serves eclectic Korean cuisine in a beautiful and vibrant atmosphere, paying homage to traditional and modern Korean cultural aspects.
Anju received its acclaim by being voted DC's #1 restaurant on Washingtonian Magazine's list of DC's 'Very Best' 100 restaurants, garnering a rare 3-star review (excellent) by renowned Washington Post critic Tom Sietsema and we also received a top 10 ranking for his fall dining guide.
Executive Chef Angel Barreto was awarded Rising Culinary Star at the Rammys and was also a James Beard semifinalist in the Spring of 2020. Additionally, Co-Owner Danny Lee was nominated as a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic in the Spring of 2020. While Co-Owner Scott Drewno has received the coveted "Chef of the Year" prize twice.
Additionally, they have been featured in several national and local publications, such as the Wall Street Journal, Food and Wine, Men's Health, Washington Post, Washingtonian, and many more.

Compensation: Hourly ($6.00) plus tips
