Baja Tap Bar is a taco and margarita bar opening soon in Fells Point, Baltimore. We are professional, dedicated and our goal is to create an environment for customers to come enjoy what we have to offer. We provide Mexican cuisine, margaritas and excellent customer service.

We are looking for a Chef with prior high volume restaurant/bar experience. The ideal candidate for this position will be accountable, motivated, and skilled at working with team members. We're seeking a candidate who can assign work to team members and delegate tasks effectively. Strong communication skills are important for this role, as well as a solid understanding of the needs of individual employees.

Responsibilities:

Train and develop employees.
Give task management guidance to employees and provide feedback to colleagues.
Provide hands on assistance with every department depending on the needs of the bar.
Manage schedules and day to day operations of the bar.
Coordinate and delegate tasks.
