  • Forbidden Root Restaurant & Brewery is looking to add an Assistant General Manager!!!
  • Taking care of guests. First and Foremost.
  • Love being on the floor with all staff during all shifts welcoming regular customers.
  • Proven track records of monitoring and managing business costs – Labor Costs/W/L.
  • Ordering and auditing experience.
  • Love working in a dynamic team.
  • Come to work full of ideas.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Have a genuine love of the industry and have fun with the team.
  • A strong knowledge of a quality food, wines, spirits, and passion for BEER!!!!
  • Manage and monitor room bookings to ensure events run correctly.
  • Understand Sales and Driving Sales.
  • Experience in Inventory Procedures. Once a month. 
  • Cash handling and banking experience.
  • Menu Upkeep for food & beverage.
  • At least 2+ years experience as a manager preferred. 
  • Report to GM & DOO in daily operations of restaurant.
  • Working knowledge of point of sale software, Upserve a plus.
