Vetri Cucina Las Vegas is looking for a driven, highly skilled, experienced chef with a desire to learn and grow as our sous chef. - Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Sous Chef reports to and supports Chef de Cuisine in all aspects of operations including but not limited to:
- Service management
- Expediting,
- Direct support of team members before, during and after service
- Event planning and execution
- Menu development
- Purchasing and cost control
- Health Department and Sanitation Standards
- Facilities R&M
- Staff Training and Education
- Interface and Communication with Front of House staff
- Sous Chef is responsible for the oversight and supervision of food preparation and production in order to ensure adherence to VB Gruppo’s high level of quality standards.
- Sous Chef is expected to continuously evaluate operational efficiency and productivity in order to help drive constant improvement and maintain best-in-class guest experience
