We are seeking an Assistant General Manager for a brand-new restaurant and rooftop in the heart of Studio City! Our service includes dinner every night and a vibrant brunch on the weekends on our rooftop. We are looking to bring someone on board that believes in the importance of culture, values their team and leads a team actively by always having a floor presence during service. Job Description

• Possesses a passion and knowledge for food & beverage
• Possesses great communication skills
• Responsible for management & maintenance of hourly FOH schedules
• Responsible for the development & growth of employees
• Possesses leadership skills, leads by example
• Responsible for fulfilling all duties pertaining to opening & closing the venue, able to open on the weekends for Brunch
• Must be on-site with absolutely no possibility of remote work
• Capable of completing administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Possesses the ability to be friendly and engage graciously to connect with all guests and employees
• Responsible for participating in teamwork and assisting all departments when needed
• Always maintains a positive and enthusiastic attitude, especially throughout stressful situations
• Possesses experience and knowledge in various capacities of restaurant staff
• Capable of inventory and ordering
• Has experience with booking events and private parties, a plus if with buyouts
• Capable of updating menus on all platforms
• Has knowledge with POS systems, a plus if with Toast
• Has knowledge with reservation systems, a plus if with OpenTable
