Assistant General Manger

• Cooperating with the General M anager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management
• Nurturing positive working relationships with the staff.
• Delegating daily tasks.
• Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
• Supervising company policies and procedures are followed.
• Setting a good example for the staff
• Ensuring service is always up to standards.
•  2 years of managerial or leadership experience
•  Strong Wine Knowledge 
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good observation skills
• Ability to deliver constructive criticism.
• Computer literate and basic Math skills
• An ability to identify weakness and provide coaching where necessary.
