The Banquet Prep Cook position requires good communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least two years of previous line or relevant cooking experience. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. In addition to working in the banqet line, this position will also provide support in the absence of the cafeteria cook.
