Jaguar Sun is a small, overperforming, cocktail bar and pasta restaurant in the heart of downtown Miami, and is looking to add an experienced bartender to the team. 

Ideal candidates will have a mix of restaurant and cocktail bar experience, a meaningful knowledge of the classics, and an ability to take the work more seriously than oneself. Our team is a collection of bartenders from Miami and all over the country, many of whom have worked at the best bars in the world. We hold our team, particularly the bar team, to high standards, and expect anyone stepping into the role to be a leader to their coworkers. Bartenders are equally responsible for drink making, food service, and barbacking, should expect to hit the ground running, and close the night with the same enthusiasm they opened it. 

While we strive to throw the city's best cocktail party every night, it is important to remember that the work comes first. We offer benefits to all full time employees, a ~40 hour work week, and highly competitive wages.
