Ron Jaworski Golf is searching for a Director of Food and Beverage and Events to join our team at Back Creek Golf Club in the Middletown, Delaware. In this unique position, you'll work with a great group of people to ensure that all of the food and beverage and events needs are meet. No two days will be the same. You'll send your days ensure that the food and beverage department is operating smoothly while also booking events and organizing promotions to create revenue. Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise all Food and Beverage staff
• Beverage ordering and inventory
• Plan and execute monthly and/or weekly Tavern events
• Implement new ideas to drive sales and bring more business into the Tavern
• Schedule all Food and Beverage staff
• Sell and coordinate the social/ corporate sales activities of the Banquet Department as to effect increased sales and increased profits.
• Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth through event sales in the banquet department
• Ensure all social and corporate events sold have the necessary details needed prior to BEO meetings one week before.
