The ideal candidate will strive to continuously evolve and improve their performance in order to provide a Four Diamond Level of service for all guests each and every day.
    This position participates in employee development, assists in establishing department standards, guidelines and objectives while helping to maintain the internal control measures necessary for operational efficiency.
     
     
    Duties and Responsibilities
     
    Strong organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints with particular attentions to detail and quality of service, ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, associates, and hourly employees; effectively listen and administer instructions.

    Provides a positive, empowering, and productive work environment through setting an example and consistency of daily work habits and standards.

    Update and monitor daily opening, running and closing checklist.

    Coaching and counseling of staff.

    Contribute to the financial planning, tracking and forecasting.

    Analyzes, investigates, and resolves guest complaints.

    Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards

    Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Knowledge of food and beverage positions within the restaurant, e.g., host person, bus person, food server, bartender, server.
     
    Knowledge and skill in food service techniques and sales strategies.

    Comprehension, knowledge and understanding of food product and preparation.
     
    Knowledge of service standards, practices, and etiquette in full-service restaurants and/or bars. 

    Full awareness and understanding of safety standards and sanitation practices for food and beverage service. 
     
     
    Compensation
     
    45,000 USD - 50,000 USD Per Year
