Coaching and counseling of staff.
Contribute to the financial planning, tracking and forecasting.
Analyzes, investigates, and resolves guest complaints.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Knowledge of food and beverage positions within the restaurant, e.g., host person, bus person, food server, bartender, server.
Knowledge and skill in food service techniques and sales strategies.
Comprehension, knowledge and understanding of food product and preparation.
Knowledge of service standards, practices, and etiquette in full-service restaurants and/or bars.
Full awareness and understanding of safety standards and sanitation practices for food and beverage service.
