One year plus of prior culinary experience is preferred to be considered for this role. Above all, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about food and possess a willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment. - 1+ years of prior culinary experience
- Knowledgeable and passionate about culinary trends and the hospitality industry
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge

- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs

About Dry Storage Bakehouse: Dry Storage is a daytime counter-service cafe, mill, and retail space located in East Boulder. It is a project of Chef Kelly Whitaker and IE Hospitality. The retail concept is unique, we put artisanal heirloom flour sourced from our Mill and unique retail food products from small-batch purveyors into the hands of our community. We offer a daytime food and beverage menu, focused on heirloom grains and globally-influenced coffee drinks. We are the sister space to BASTA, a wood-fired eatery next door.
