About Pizzeria Vetri
Part of Vetri Family
In 2013, Pizzeria Vetri debuted in Philadelphia as the Vetri Family’s only restaurant solely dedicated to the fine art of authentic Italian pizza-making. Since, it has risen to become one of the country’s must-visit dining destinations, earning critical acclaim from such publications as the Philadelphia Inquirer to GQ magazine, who named it one of the country’s top 25 best new restaurants of 2014.
Keeping in line with the Vetri Family’s signature style of only utilizing the finest and freshest ingredients, Pizzeria Vetri features a feast of seasonal pizza pies ranging from the classic Margherita with basil, mozzarella and tomato sauce to a specialty pie that reflects the local market.
In June 2015, Pizzeria Vetri opened their second Philadelphia location in Rittenhouse Square, and in December 2015, opened a third location in Austin, Texas. We are excited to announce that the much-awaited Pizzeria Vetri DC will open on June 17th at 2221 14th St. NW
