Job Details
- Recognize the importance of professionalism and respect and exemplify this in interactions with coworkers and vendors alike.
- Assist our team in all aspects of production including but not limited to general mise en place, sandwich assembly, soup preparation, appropriate storage and labeling, and so on.
- Ensure proper inventory and quality are maintained- recognizing that every day presents varying needs and adjusting work flow to meet these needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing space in accordance with operations and sanitation guidelines.
- Follow tasks as instructed by manager and supervisor, ensuring responsibilities are met and, when possible, exceeded.
- Commit to creating consistent, high quality products- communicating to your superiors when there are concerns that these expectations are not met.
- Foster a positive work environment and commitment to Breads Bakery’s values.
- Professional experience and/or education in related field, preferred but not required.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong communication skills, capacity to adapt, and ability to multitask.
- Capacity to excel on a team or work independently.
- Ability to work early mornings (~6am start), holidays and weekends.
- Ability to work on your feet for a full shift and lift 50+ lbs during the shift.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.00 - $19.00)
