Elske is a Michelin starred and James Beard nominated restaurant from Chefs David and Anna Posey
Candidates must be available to work Thursday through Monday evenings. We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
For their role in directly assisting guests, we include our hosts in the tip pool.
Duties include:
-Helping manage the flow and plotting of the reservation book,
-Greeting guests warmly and checking coats if needed,
-Managing overflow and taking drink orders for waiting guests,
-Directing information back and forth with the floor staff in regards to plotting and turn times,
-Ability to describe all aspects of the food and beverage menus,

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00) plus tips
