The Lead Bartender is an integral part of an exciting new food and beverage program.  This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and driven Bartender to shine in a beautiful environment and create memorable experiences for the members.  The Club is looking for a talented individual who can bring life to the drinks with contemporary presentations and maintain consistency.  The Lead Bartender will assist the Chef with ordering and adhering to the financial goals of the club.  The bar team will make drinks according to recipes or customers' specifications, take orders, and work directly with the Chef team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Lead Bartender
• Food & Safety certifications

• Excel in a high-energy, team-based environment
• Effective leadership, communication, and training skills
• Adaptable to change – can solve problems through an open-minded and all-inclusive approach
• Knowledge of special diets (preferred)

• Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte
• Bilingual- Spanish (preferred)
