* A Pastry Chef to take full responsibility of the Pomella pastry program
THIS POSITION SHOULD TAKE 24-30 HOURS A WEEK
It is a great position for someone looking for base salaary as they work on other projects.
* 3 years of professional experience *minimum* (culinary school preferred)
* Expertise in laminating dough, making yeasted doughs, custards, cakes, icings, and cookies
* Ability to read and execute a recipe without supervision
* Confidence, curiosity & independence
* Fast learner and willingness to do your own research
* Passion & drive to succeed!
ALSO:
