Minimum of 1 years of previous kitchen experience as a Kitchen. Line Cook/Prep Cook -Be able to work in a fast-paced, space-constrained, high-volume environment, paying attention to detail. Must be able to multitask and have excellent time management skills.
Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene and consistency (fresh produce, safe food, adherence to recipes, cleanliness, etc.). Ensures no cross contamination, improper food handling and/or storage practices through proper training and supervision.
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment with accuracy and speed. Skills Continuation: Ability to multitask and focus for a full shift. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs. Attention to details; reading all the details on the tickets, keep area cleaned and organized.
