We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED SERVERS to join our team at Esca, rated 3 Stars from the New York Times!
This is a FULL-TIME position, must have open availability (must be available weekends, weekdays, am or pm and holidays),
-2 Years fine dining experience, preferably in NYT 2+ Stars Rated Restaurants.
-Proficient with POS systems
-Must have strong service background.
-Ability to maintain composure under stress within a high-volume restaurant while taking direction well.
-Food, wine and cocktail knowledge is a must.
-Ability to communicate effectively.
-Must be professional at all times.
-Providing exceptional customer service
-Willingness to learn and grow
