We are looking for a qualified Sous Chef to come join our culinary adventure across the globe in your own area backyard.

Qualified candidates will have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a well-rated, relevant, and busy restaurant
- Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly back-of-house team
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, especially as they pertain to Asian cuisine
- Highly desired; Associate degree from a culinary focused university
- Benevolent leadership skills and a natural energy/enthusiasm about their profession
- Understanding of cost optimization, ordering, and vendor management
- Willingness and eagerness to support hourly staff on the line when needed
