Our story.

Biggerstaff is a family name of one of our owners.

The Biggerstaffs lived on a farm in North Carolina, growing and preserving their own food, and making moonshine, which played a part in more than a few family stories. They led colorful lives and we’ve named our beers after the family members, imagining the beers they’d enjoy.

Things really began to align when Chef Smith of Staplehouse came on board to create exciting dishes to pair with our beers.

We want our brewpub to be family-friendly and welcoming to everyone. We’re thrilled to share our beers and exciting menu in the coming months!
