This is a hybrid role and a unique opportunity for hospitality professionals, looking to get into management with a strong background as a captain or AGM. We are looking for someone to both take tables and lead our service team in this exciting new project. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and work ethic. Wine knowledge would be helpful, but is not required. We would also highly prefer to recruit from a Michelin background, but we're looking for a good attitude and excitement to lead a team more than anything else.
Hours
noon-close Tuesday.
1pm- close Wednesday-Saturday
Sunday, Monday off
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00)
