The role:
As a Host, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Swingers’ Premium Guest Experience throughout their journey. Assisting with guidance and guest support to or from the private guest areas, bars and to or from the Crazy Golf Courses with extra care to ensure guests are assembled in correct golf team sizes and arrive at the courses in line with their tee off timing. This contact is essential to creating the right first impression to the guests, ensuring each guest can eat, drink and golf as well as making them feel welcome and appreciated in line with Swingers’ ethos, culture, and behaviors.
Our perfect candidate has:
- Ability to work weekends and closing shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Minimum 6 months experience in a busy environment in the hospitality industry
- TIPS alcohol certification
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
- The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
- The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
