Responsibilities include:
- Actively engage in service and lead with a hands-on approach.
- Take the lead in growing wine/beverage sales in the restaurant and develop strong guest relationships
- Help maintain the wine inventory, and storeroom, and assist in monthly inventories
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience is required, with preference given to those with experience in a fine dining environment.
- Solid foundation in French & domestic wine and & spirits as well as enthusiasm for working with an international wine list.
- Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and able to work precisely
- Ability to multitask and plan ahead
- Ability to teach and encourage the restaurant staff to develop their wine knowledge
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to the brand's success
- Must have a flexible schedule and open availability to meet business needs
