Lazy Bear is looking for a full-time hospitality professional who is experienced in a fine dining environment. 

The person that fits this role has a passion for hospitality and food, as well as a drive to improve themselves and their peers every day. They maintain a graceful and elegant presence throughout any fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively and magnanimously with co-workers and guests alike. 

• Transparent passion for hospitality in all of its forms.
• Natural inclination toward organization, precision, and eloquence.
• Food Handler certified.

• Court of Sommeliers certification or equivalent wine/spirits knowledge
• College degree
• Conversational in languages other than English

• Provide a high level of service to guests, even in a communal dining experience
• Contribute to and elevate service with a strong dedication to detail
• Work closely with cooks to have a full understanding of our menu and overall mission
• Communicate with guests and coworkers in a professional, clear, precise and efficient manner 
• Maintain an elegant and professional manner on the floor at all times
• Anticipate the needs of our diners and provide them with the experience they desire within the scope of our restaurant

Lazy Bear is a fine dining restaurant designed to bring communities together and link the dining experience to the creation and foundations of each plate. We currently hold two Michelin Stars and are on Eater’s Essential 38 for San Francisco.
