The Liberty Tavern Restaurant Group, a highly acclaimed and very notable chef focused restaurant group that has received many accolades is looking to add another Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef to the team. Looking for Chef/Sous Chef/Executive Sous Chefs who are highly creative and have experience working in notable restaurants with high culinary standards.
In addition to contributing to a menu that is seasonally driven and very ingredient focused, the Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing all administrative duties (ordering, inventory, scheduling, food costing, etc.). Must have solid management skills and have experience overseeing teams of more than 15 BOH employees.
