Experience and Qualifications:
- Good attitude, empathic, kind
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Keeping a positive approach towards guests and empowering your team to do the same
- Knows ethical business practices
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work late into the evening
- Self-motivated and ability to remain calm under instances of high volume
- Know the signs of intoxication and procedures to cut-off guest
- Have had customer facing experience in previous jobs
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Be able to work a 6+ hour shift on your feet
- Updated on current BASSET and Food Handler’s certificate
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
- Most of all, you genuinely get joy out of making people happy and are able to have fun while working!
