Comparti Catering is a full-service catering company listed in 2015 located in the heart of Williamsburg. We are housed in the National Sawdust music venue, a place that inspires on a daily basis. We also are associated with our two sister restaurants Comodo NYC and Colonia Verde Fort Greene.

Key Responsibilities:

Being able to be a true leader in all you do!
Following prep lists created by chefs.
Measuring ingredients and seasonings, and preparing cooking ingredients such as soup stock to be used in the cooking process.
Preparing dishes, sauces, and recipes promptly.
Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible.
Assisting chefs in preparing food and attending to any culinary tasks that arise.
Supervising food and cooling room temperatures.
Accepting or rejecting ingredients from suppliers.
Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
Work directly with the team to prepare food for the event team
Load and unload food items for/from events

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $25.00)
