Leven is looking for talented, hardworking, and highly motivated Team Members to join our Production Team for our opening. Training will begin in February.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Show up ready - for yourself, teammates and our customers
- Be a positive player in making Leven a place people love to contribute to
- Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
- Occasionally access high storage shelving with the use of step ladder
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive tasks
- Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- The ability to work in an environment around smoke, steam, high temperatures, and humidity
Prep Cook Qualifications / Skills:
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Organizational skills
- Patience
- Manual dexterity
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Very good physical condition and endurance
Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Ability to work as a team member
- Follows directions and instructions
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
- Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
- One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
- Proven experience as a prep cook
