Schlow Restaurant Group is looking for passionate and ambitious people to join our Alta Strada Mt. Vernon team.

Our kitchen will provide a high-energy work environment with a diverse and ever-changing Italian menu focused on technique and simplicity. The food will be authentically inspired regional Italian cuisine using the best local products and a variety of cooking techniques. We are a scratch kitchen that prides itself on quality ingredients, precision cooking, cleanliness, organization and a great work culture.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated, disciplined, attentive to detail, great at multitasking and working well with others. Candidates must lead by example and show a willingness to continue growing professionally and learning every day.
