Bartender

We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in a fast paced, creative & professional environment. Seeking a serious & innovative hospitality driven and enthusiastic individual who has a relentless world class work ethic.

The ideal candidate will not be intimidated by responsibility. Must be able to follow and retain direction, OPEN Availability, ability to handle long hours on your feet, can handle fast-paced environment and can navigate through large crowds, be a salesperson, have impeccable multi-tasking skills, experience with serving food, have common sense, has a good memory, work late nights, have extensive liquor knowledge along with knowing classic cocktails. Knowledge of wine & craft beer is a plus. Can work in a team environment, display constant professionalism, work in a proven successful system, and have an outgoing and positive personality, displays a welcoming and sincere demeanor and smile while constantly being a team player. The new establishment will have two bars. One primarily for larger parties & groups with sit-down bespoke cocktail service and another with a craft cocktail menu more inclined for fast-paced service.  This is about work and results, not drama. Job is for serious candidates who have a complete understanding of five-star quality customer service and make a commitment to a top-notch cocktail program.  Please keep in mind these shifts are at times on the longer side and do require late nights so please do not reply if you do not fit the job description and if this does not fit your current lifestyle.
