Sắp Sửa is a newly opening restaurant from Chef Anna Nguyen and Chef Ni Nguyen. Located in the heart of East Colfax, the restaurant features a non traditional Vietnamese Cuisine menu with dishes that range from small to large plates. The food is complimented by a thoughtfully curated wine and beer lists, and a seasonally changing cocktail menu. This new neighborhood staple combines these elements with a warm welcoming team that is committed to delivering genuine hospitality.

Bartenders are responsible for all aspects of the guest experience at the bar, including greetings, full menu sales, bar maintenance, overall guest satisfaction and happiness, and maintain a general command of the food and beverage menu. Bartenders work to prepare and serve consistently excellent beverages to guests either directly at the bar or through serving staff; provide impeccable hospitality to each of our guests, working specifically with each individual need to curate the best experience possible.
What the position is:

Make and serve drinks to the guests in a timely manner

Assist in developing and maintaining our cocktails/bar program

Anticipate guest needs and ensure constant communication with management, your colleagues, and the kitchen team during service

Follow steps of service with efficiency and a sense of urgency

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant at all times

Eager to learn and grow

Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items

Be able to work well as a team and foster a supportive team environment

Complete opening and closing side-work

Take orders from guests and ensuring accuracy when entering into the POS
What we look for:

Minimum 4 years experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment

Strong food and beverage knowledge

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule per the needs of the business

Fluent in both written and spoken English

Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs
