Production Baker

Piccino restaurant is looking to hire a meticulous and motivated baker to join our expanding pastry department. The position involves early morning production for our coffee bar and wholesale clients, with progressing exposure to desserts and breads. The ideal candidate possesses the following:
· Fundamental understanding of classic pastry technique
· Clear and concise communication skills
· Ability to multitask and work at a consistent pace in a moderate to high volume atmosphere
· Early morning availability (4-5am)
· Display a discerning eye and commitment to our quality standards
· Ability to smoothly transition from bakery production to restaurant production when needed
· Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs
· Ability to anticipate production needs
· 1 – 2 years of bakery production experience preferred

Restaurante Piccino está buscando a un panadero meticuloso y motivado para unirse a nuestro departamento de pastelería. La posición requiere comenzar de madrugada para la produccion de alimentos para nuesta cafeteria y clientes de wholesale. El candidato ideal posee lo siguiente:
• comprensión fundamental de la técnica de pastelería clásica
• habilidades de comunicación clara y concisa
• Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar a un ritmo constante en un ambiente moderado a alto volumen
•Disponibilidad de comenzar temprano (4-5 am)
• Mostrar un ojo crítico y el compromiso con nuestros estándares de calidad
• Capacidad para realizar una transición suave de la producción de la panaderia a la producción de restaurante cuando sea necesario
• Debe ser capaz de estar parado las 8 horas y poder recoger 50 libras de peso
• Capacidad para anticipar las necesidades de producción
• 1 - 2 años de experiencia de producción de panadería es preferido
