Lidia Bastianich's Felidia is looking for an experienced SOUS CHEF.
Minimum of 3 years restaurant experience required, preferably in high volume, fine dining Italian restaurants with previous managerial experience.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate and have a flexible schedule.
Candidates should have the ability to learn recipes, expedite lunch and dinner service, problem solve, work the hot line, and operate the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence.
