Executive Pastry Chef needed with experience as Head Baker & Production Manager position. We are looking for someone who can oversee production as well as handle all the day to day responsibilities. We are looking for someone who has experience in bread making, all pastries, as well as cake and viennoisserie. We are looking for someone who has high volume experience, highly organized, and pays great attention to detail. As well as handle all the administrative duties, from writing recipes to food/labor cost to inventory. We are looking for quality over quantity, someone who is able to handle the daily orders and delegate in the production kitchen. We are looking for someone who has a teacher/trainer mentality, someone who understands the importance of teaching our crews the right way to do things. We are looking for a Pastry Chef/Head Baker/ Production Manager who has at least 3-5 years of experience in any of these positions.
