Major Tom is the new restaurant from the group behind Beckon.

The most appropriate candidate for this position is excited about the opportunity to curate a special guest experience through the craftsmanship of their cooking, as well as their presence in the dining room during services. 

As cooks at Major Tom, we begin our days with a structured prep regimen, and then enter dinner service confidently prepared to execute the dishes of the menu to serve them to our guests.  This requires a tuned sense of organization, professionalism, and enthusiasm. 

We are seeking a person who is prepared to be a respectful and thoughtful steward of the restaurant, the team, and our guests.

Candidates must be clean, organized, patient, and personable.
