We are currently seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager passionate about hospitality, food, and excellent service whom is ready to train and grow within our club. Chevy Chase Club managers are immersed in an extensive 8-12 week training program, in which time is spent engaging with and learning from the staff and management team. This allows one to gain hands-on experience in each line-level role while simultaneously becoming an essential management team member.

Our search is focused on individuals dedicated to consistently driving high standards and achieving service excellence. Qualified candidates are adept at building relationships, are devoted to delivering quality service, and have 1-2 years of hospitality management experience in a Food & Beverage operation.

Starting salary ranges from $55,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include, but are not limited to, paid time off, 401(k) with match, health, dental, vision, and disability insurance, and complimentary meals & parking.
