Hoosier Mama Pie Company in Evanston is looking for a professional, collaborative full time baker. One year prior experience in a from scratch bakery or restaurant pastry department required. Experience with pie is a plus. Must be able to work quickly and effectively independently and with a team. Schedule is 5am to 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
