The third restaurant of of Baxtrom Hospitality Group, we're excited to welcome applicants to our Bartender & Server role/program. We are looking for a part-time/full-time candidate with weekend availability.
If you are driven by knowledge, have a high level of anticipation and awareness, and carry a team-oriented mindset, you may be a good fit on the team. We hope you carry a warm and confident presence that brings comfort to those around you.
Candidate prerequisites:
- Proficiency in steps of service
- Able and willing to work as part of a team
- Interest in beer, wine & spirits
- Experience with non-verbal communication
- Creative and self-motivated problem solver
- Strong desire to be relied upon
Our approach is informed by the fine-dining schools from which Chef Greg Baxtrom and our team have learned, but is casual and approachable.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($15.00) plus tips

Patti Ann’s is a neighborhood restaurant and bakery that pays homage to Chef Greg Baxtrom's mother, Patti Ann. Located just a few blocks from sister restaurants Olmsted and Maison Yaki, Patti Ann’s combines the nostalgic Midwestern comfort food of Baxtrom’s childhood with techniques from his fine-dining background. The bakery opens daily at 8am with fresh baked bread, pastries, local provisions and pantry items, and the restaurant opens at 5pm, Wednesday - Sunday.
